The followings are some safety operation specification of mortar mixer:
1, Fixed mortar mixer should have reliable foundation, mobile mortar mixer should adopt wood or supporting frame to fasten mortar mixer. Keep mortar mixer at horizontal level.
2, Before using the electric mortar mixer, users shall check and confirm the transmission mechanism, working device and protective device and make sure they are firm and reliable and have flexible
operation. Keep the texrope appropriate tightness. The space between mixing blades and cylinder wall should be kept at 3mm to 5mm. Make sure the sealing condition of shaft end is good.
3, After starting up the mortar mixer, users should firstly carry out idle running to check whether the rotation direction is correct. After confirming the direction is right, then users can feed water and materials and begin to work.
4, In the operation, it is strictly prohibited to put hand or tools into the mixing drum or to clean the mortar in the cylinder mouth.
5, When failure happens during the operation to cause mortar mixer can not continue to work, users should immediately cut off the power and pour the mortar in the barrel. After removing the fault, users can restart the electric mortar mixer.
6, After work, users should remove the mortar and accumulated material within the barrel. Clean up the electric mortar mixer with water and do good maintenance work.
